MCG Tempe is seeking a collaborative and detail-driven Project Architect to join our team in the design and documentation of Retail and Fitness sector projects from concept through construction administration. We are looking for someone who can play a critical role in translating development vision into quality, buildable design solutions while coordinating closely with internal teams, consultants and construction partners.

7-10 years of professional experience, commercially based, retail experience a plus. Professional licensure or track to obtaining an architectural license is preferred. Skilled Revit based project experience. What You’ll Do

• Lead architectural design and construction documentation for multifamily and hospitality projects from conception through construction completion.

• Oversee building code analysis, unit layouts, specifications, and project scope development.
• Manage consultant coordination including structural, MEP, and specialty consultants, including historic and NPS-related reviews when applicable.

What You’ll Bring
