REQUIREMENTS

• Professional Licensure – preferred, not required

We are looking for someone who can play a critical role in translating development vision into quality, buildable design solutions while coordinating closely with internal teams, consultants and construction partners.

7-10 years of professional experience, commercially based, retail experience a plus. Professional licensure or track to obtaining an architectural license is preferred. Skilled Revit based project experience. This is a full-time hybrid role for an experienced Revit Technician based in Mesa, AZ, with flexibility for  work-from-home opportunities. As a Revit Technician, you will work on developing and managing Revit models, drafting drawings, coordinating designs with architects and engineers, and ensuring that all technical aspects meet project requirements. To provide project leadership and expertise on assigned projects generally of a multi-discipline nature.   Work in concert with discipline leads, team members, and consultants during all phases of work.  Concurrently oversees multiple projects at various stages of work.  Works directly with clients to define project scope, budget and schedule, prepares work proposals, coordinates with Department Managers to define team structure, defines consultant needs, and monitors progress to ensure deliverable success within budgetary limits. We are looking for a Job Captain 3 to work in our Tucson office.  We are open to this person working in our Phoenix office if they are willing to travel to Tucson 1-2 days a week.
