Jones Studio is seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our Tempe studio and help lead the technical development and execution of ambitious architectural work.

- 10+ years of professional architectural experience.
- Professional degree in Architecture.
- Current architectural licensure in the United States; Arizona registration or ability to obtain reciprocity is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading the technical development and documentation of complex architectural projects.
- Significant experience producing and coordinating construction documents.
- Strong understanding of building codes, accessibility requirements, construction methods, building systems, materials, and detailing.
- Experience across all phases of architectural practice, including construction administration.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and experience leading BIM-based project documentation.
- Strong consultant coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
- Excellent graphic, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to review the work of others thoughtfully and constructively while maintaining high standards for quality and completeness.
- Experience mentoring and directing less-experienced architectural staff.
- Experience with public, institutional, federal and/or design-build projects is a plus.
- Interest in sustainable design, material craft, building performance, and architecture grounded in its place.
