We are seeking an experienced architectural project manager to work in our Scottsdale architectural studio, focused on high-end single-family residential projects. This role is ideal for an architect who combines strong design leadership with the ability to manage teams, coordinate multiple disciplines, and keep projects on track. The PM will oversee architectural work from concept through permitting, working closely with Pre-Construction and Interior Design partners in a collaborative design-build environment.

Core Responsibilities
The following assignments are typical but are not all-encompassing. Every team member is expected to provide equal value by participating in the duties required to deliver a quality product on schedule.
- Solicitation research and tracking
- Support Marketing Coordinator in proposal development, production, submission, and debriefings
- “Boots on the ground” for Phoenix area pre-proposal meetings, site tours, proposal delivery.
- Maintain and update marketing material files (including project descriptions, photos, sub-consultant information, employee resumes)
- Utilize Cosential CRM to track opportunities and manage project/proposal data
- Support Business Development efforts through research regarding market trends, client needs, client attitudes, and the status of the firm’s competitors
- Develop/maintain standards for corporate marketing and promotional materials designed to present a unified company brand internally and externally
- Presentation development, interview training, preparation of leave-behinds
- Promote visibility of firm through participation in professional organizations
- Develop and manage marketing collateral with the input of technical staff
- Supervise the release of company publicity information and advertising to the media and other client and private publications
- Responsible for keeping the website updated with current portfolio projects and staff members
- Take the lead on creating thought leadership and SME white papers and presentations and incorporate them into regular blog posting on the website

Qualifications

This role plays a critical part in translating development vision into high-quality, buildable design solutions while coordinating closely with internal teams, consultants, and construction partners.
What You’ll Do
- Lead architectural design and construction documentation for multifamily and hospitality projects from conception through construction completion.
- Coordinate project deliverables with development, construction, engineering, and consulting partners to maintain design quality and project alignment.
- Oversee building code analysis, unit layouts, specifications, and project scope development.
