Jones Studio is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join our Tempe studio and lead the development, coordination, and ongoing improvement of BIM standards, workflows, and digital project delivery across the practice.

- 5+ years of professional experience in architecture, BIM management, design technology, or a related field, including significant responsibility for BIM delivery on complex projects.
- Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline required.
- Advanced expertise in Revit, including project setup, worksharing, model management, families, parameters, templates, schedules, and model performance.
- Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and maintaining BIM standards, templates, content libraries, documentation protocols, and firmwide best practices.
- Experience developing and managing BIM Execution Plans, project-specific modeling standards, coordination procedures, responsibilities, and information requirements.
- Strong understanding of architectural project delivery, documentation, consultant coordination, building systems, and construction processes.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary model coordination, including model federation, clash detection, model-health reviews, and BIM-related QA/QC.
- Experience with Forma and other tools supporting cloud collaboration, model coordination, document management, and information exchange.
- Experience interpreting and managing client BIM requirements and structured data deliverables, including COBie workflows, parameter mapping, data validation, model-to-spreadsheet exchange, and issue resolution.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify the causes of technical issues, research solutions, and translate complex problems into practical, repeatable workflows.
- Ability to evaluate project and firmwide workflows, identify opportunities for greater consistency and efficiency, and incorporate lessons learned into improved standards and resources.
- Strong communication and teaching skills, with experience training, mentoring, and supporting staff with varying levels of BIM and technical proficiency.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with project architects, project managers, designers, consultants, contractors, clients, and firm leadership.
- Familiarity with Navisworks, computational design, automation, data reporting, and/or other emerging design technologies is a plus.
- Experience with public, institutional, federal, and/or design-build projects is a plus.
- A genuine interest in using technology and information management to support thoughtful design, technical excellence, collaboration, and the craft of architecture.
