Marketing Associate

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Phoenix, AZ. As our Marketing Associate, you are the architect of our brand’s first impression. You will play a vital role in framing Studio Ma’s values for prospective clients, creating content-rich, graphically beautiful storytelling that differentiates us in a competitive marketplace. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role that requires a “designer’s eye” and a “strategist’s brain.” You’ll work directly with principals and senior staff to turn complex ideas into winning proposals and vibrant digital content.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Proposals: Lead the production of comprehensive RFQ/RFP responses, collaborating with senior leadership to develop win-strategies and high-impact layouts.
- Brand Storytelling: Design and produce multi-channel marketing collateral (digital and print) that maintains our high standard of visual excellence.
- Digital Presence: Manage and produce engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and our website.
- Campaign Coordination: Assist in the implementation of CRM and digital asset management systems to keep our “creative library” seamless.
- Media Production: Coordinate project photography, video interviews, and on-site filming to capture the life of our buildings.
Who You Are
- Experienced: You have 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industry.
- Design-Fluent: You possess advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign is your second language) and Microsoft Office. Experience with WordPress or similar CMS is a plus.
- Academically Grounded: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related design field from an accredited institution.
- Agile: You thrive in a small, fast-paced team environment and can manage overlapping deadlines with a “can-do” attitude.
- Communicative: You are a clear, effective communicator who enjoys the iterative, collaborative process of receiving and implementing feedback.

We are seeking a recent graduate or current student pursuing a career in architecture or interior design who is interested in understanding, assessing, testing and supporting software used to produce our projects. This role requires strong customer service and problem-solving skills to address and solve helpdesk requests in a creative environment. Individuals who join the firm in this role must be interested in developing into architects or interior designers in the long term, they will be encouraged to transition to a project team after 1 or 2 years on the IT team.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design completed or in progress is required
