Key Responsibilities

  • Design Development: Collaborate with architects to develop design concepts, incorporating sustainable materials, regional elements, and modern aesthetics tailored to aviation and hospitality environments across diverse U.S. locations.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of architectural drafting experience, preferably in aviation, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Revit (required) and AutoCAD; familiarity with SketchUp, Lumion, or Bluebeam is a plus.
  • Knowledge of building codes, ADA requirements, and sustainable design principles.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Experience or strong interest in private aviation (e.g., airport terminals, hangars) and high-end hospitality (e.g., luxury hotels, lounges) design.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams, including artisans and high-net-worth clients.
  • Passion for integrating regional and environmental elements into design.
