Your Role

We are seeking a professional with a passion for experimentation, innovation, and problem solving to join our Design Technology team. As a Design Technology Manager located in our incredible Phoenix office, your role will be on promoting, implementing, and elevating our BIM, Computational and Visualization workflows and protocols. You will maintain the lines of communication with office leaders, studio leaders and project teams. You will also establish goals and project plans in support of Global, Regional and office objectives, as well as monitoring and reporting on progress. You will establish, interpret, and communicate changes in guidelines, policies, procedures, and other related matters as well as acting as a mentor to project teams on the best Design Technology practices through the lifecycle of a project.

What You Will Do

  • Design Technology process innovation, creation, and implementation.
  • Subject Matter Expert on agile digital project delivery to project teams.
  • Project Technology Execution Plan development, implementation, and support.
  • Development, implementation and support of tools, templates, and workflows.
  • Champion digital transformation and cultural change to project teams, the office and the region.
  • Collaborate with Regional Design Technology leaders on requirements and priorities.
  • Participate in establishing and driving the Design Technology roadmap for the Phoenix office.
  • Lead cultural, process-driven, and technical training in Design Technology.
  • Research emerging technologies and define use-cases for implementation on projects.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent with 10+ years of experience in AEC/O space.
  • Experience working in Architecture or related industries, with detailed knowledge of project processes, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Documented progressive growth and experience in leading / supporting Design Technology and innovative framework / workflows in project delivery.
  • Expert in design authoring technology platforms in areas of implementation, practice, and development for Autodesk Revit, and Navisworks.
  • Expert in implementing and supporting cloud-based platforms for design collaboration such as BIM 360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • Entrepreneurial spirit that embraces change and constantly seeks out new opportunities.

Your Role

Use your passion for attention to detail to help the Gensler team bring designs to life. As a Project Coordinator you will provide administrative and project coordination throughout the life of a project from the initial proposal, through various design phases, to project close-out.

What You Will Do

  • Consistently provide a high level of customer service to Gensler staff, clients, vendors, business partners and guests while at times, being the client interface.
