Associate Architect

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Associate Architect position include:
- Motivated, self-starter
- Bachelors degree in architecture minimum
- 5+ years of prior experience in a real AE work environment.
- Basic knowledge of various architecture and engineering systems and components
- Familiar with construction document requirements, research and permit processing, able to prepare working construction documents
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture and Revit for architectural design and documentation; knowledge with AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP and other software a plus
- Performing specific portions of architectural or engineering assignments, developing design drawings, consulting with manufacturers, conduct project research, and evaluate materials and components
- Receive and follow directions for project assignments
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Providing construction phase support, including administration, preparing sketches, submittal reviews, and assisting with other tasks
- Create project renderings with software
- U.S. citizenship required due to federal and government contracts.

Project Architect

We are looking for an experienced Project Architect with a strong background in high-end residential design, particularly within Arizona. This role will involve managing projects through multiple phases, coordinating with consultants, and contributing to the design and technical execution of custom homes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- Currently pursuing architectural licensure
- 3–5 years of professional experience
- Experience with residential projects (Arizona experience strongly preferred)
