Architectural Designer

This is a Full Time – In Person position in our Scottsdale Studio.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an NAAB accredited program, required
• Minimum 4 years of post-graduate, architectural design work experience in the US, required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD required.
• Revit, SketchUp and other 3D visualization software a plus.
• Experience & familiarity in preparing architectural drawings, construction documents, and specifications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• On the path to licensure preferred

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and construction documents for municipal,
• Research & review design and construction documents for code compliance, quality control, and constructability.
• Assist in conducting field surveys and site assessments.
