Architectural Draftsperson (AutoCAD / Revit)

Urban Design Associates is an award-winning residential architecture firm specializing in high-end, custom homes and estates. We’re looking for a full-time Architectural Draftsperson with 1–2 years of in-office experience who’s excited to grow their skills while working on luxury residential projects from concept through construction.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who loves technical precision, enjoys collaboration, and wants to be part of a design-driven team creating exceptional homes.

What You’ll Do

  • Produce architectural drawings in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Implement redlines and revisions from project architects
  • Assist with construction document sets for custom homes
  • Support design development and presentation graphics
  • Create or assist with preliminary renderings using Photoshop and/or Lumion
  • Help maintain drawing quality, consistency, and accuracy
  • Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and principals

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in an architectural office
  • Technical education required; Associate degree preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • SketchUp and Lumion experience is a plus
  • Basic understanding of residential construction methods
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Positive, professional attitude with strong team-player energy
  • Ability to take feedback well and grow within established design standards
