We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager / Architect to lead design projects from start to finish. You’ll work directly with clients, manage budgets and schedules, and oversee quality, bringing strong leadership and an eye for design to ensure project excellence. Your role will also focus on fostering team growth and building trust with clients through successful project delivery.
Position Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture preferred
- 10+ years of industry experience, 5+ years in project management
- Ground-up experience in Commercial and/or Multifamily preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, consultants, and team members
- Demonstrated project management experience, including budgeting, scheduling, and regulatory compliance
