We are seeking a person with at least 4 years of experience to join our team. Candidates should have completed either a 5 year Bachelor of Architectural professional degree or a 4+2 Master of Architecture professional degree. Licensure is preferred but working towards licensure is acceptable. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Autocad, Revit, MSOffice Suite, Adobe Suite, and Bluebeam. You should be able to communicate with consultants, clients, contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction. You must be able to prepare construction documents as well as guide junior level staff to work together to meet deadlines, receive building permits, and respond to contractor requests to facilitate conbstruction. This is a 40 hour per week, Monday thru Friday, in office opportunity. We offer insurance and benefits after 90 days. Please email resume and cover letter to the address below.
