Senior Architect
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead schematic design, design development, and production of construction documents for diverse project types.
- Contribute to preliminary design as needed.
- Manage submittals and respond to RFIs during Construction Administration (CA).
- Perform checksets to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Mentor and guide Intern Architects in their professional development.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Architect (Arizona licensure preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (required); Revit experience is preferred.
- Strong experience in schematic design, design development, and construction documents across varied project types.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
