We are looking for an Architect/Senior Designer to join our Phoenix studio.
Qualifications should include the following
– Accredited professional degree in Architecture
– Licensed Architect in the U.S. or working to attain licensure
– Working knowledge of, and demonstrated experience with zoning and building codes
– Technical knowledge of building systems, material assemblies, and engineering concepts
– Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam and Excel
– Minimum eight years of experience
– Experience producing & coordinating project design and construction documents
– Work for institutional, public safety, residential, health care, commercial, or higher education projects
– Manage time and organize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines, including oversight of design consultants and junior team members
