Essential Responsibilities:
- Contribute to design and documentation efforts across multiple projects, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to deadlines
- Apply strong critical thinking and organizational skills to manage priorities and deliverables efficiently
- Develop detailed Revit models and produce high-quality construction documents
- Support the integration of civil, landscape, structural, and MEP systems into architectural design
- Demonstrate an intermediate understanding of industry standards, building codes, and detailing
- Approach problem-solving with a positive, design-focused mindset
- Collaborate with teams across phases and disciplines to support the successful execution of projects
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for design presentations and documentation
- Experience with AutoCAD, Rhino, and Bluebeam is preferred but not required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proven experience producing detailed design and technical documentation for commercial and high-end residential projects
- Solid understanding of construction methods, building codes, and zoning regulations
- Proficient in Revit/BIM, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and design/modeling software
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a dynamic studio environment
- Ability to manage time and tasks effectively across multiple deadlines
- Skilled in organizing project specifications and coordinating supporting documentation
- Capable of working independently while contributing positively to team efforts
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from a NAAB-accredited program preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and growth
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions; visa sponsorship is not available for this position
