We are searching for innovative Project Architects with experience in Hospitality and Multi-family Residential projects, and/or Workplaces for technology, sciences, and manufacturing clients.

What You Will Do 

• Lead architectural deliverables on projects, working with Design Director(s), Technical Director(s), and project team(s) for all project phases, including conceptual designs, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration
• Lead consultant team(s)
• Lead project team(s)
• Knowledge and understanding of regulatory agencies and jurisdictional processes
• Collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall project objectives

Your Qualifications 

• Licensed Architect (U.S.)
• 12+ years of relevant architecture experience
• Revit Level 3+ or other BIM experience highly preferred
• Knowledge of materials, construction techniques and building codes
• Strong knowledge of the design process
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship-management skills
• Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development
• Ability to communicate design ideas and direction quickly
• A quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Creative Initiator that brings curiosity, enthusiasm and a “can do” attitude
• Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices;

Architect & Architectural Manager

Responsible for overseeing architectural projects and ensuring they align with standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities:

• Directing Teams: They lead teams of architects and engineers during various projects, such as building new homes or improving infrastructure.
• Project Oversight: They monitor the preparation of documents and contracts for construction projects, review funds, and prepare estimates.
• Quality Assurance: They coordinate construction activities and ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Additional Information:

This includes managing the integration of structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape, civil engineering, and other consultants throughout the design and construction phases.

• Client Interaction: Work directly with clients to determine their needs and requirements for building projects, offering design solutions that align with their goals.

Qualifications:

• Architectural License preferred.
• Experienced.
• Proficiency in Revit and experience in managing the integration of engineering documents with architectural designs.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and building structures, with the ability to generate technical documents that clearly define design intent and requirements.
• Experience with construction submittals, substitution requests, and Requests for Information (RFI’s).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare and deliver presentations to large groups.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and management skills, with the ability to lead design and construction meetings with clients and contractors.
• Knowledge of building permitting processes and experience interfacing with building permitting officials during design and construction.

We are seeking a person with at least 4 years of experience to join our team. Candidates should have completed either a 5 year Bachelor of Architectural professional degree or a 4+2 Master of Architecture professional degree. Licensure is preferred but working towards licensure is acceptable. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Autocad, Revit, MSOffice Suite, Adobe Suite, and Bluebeam. You should be able to communicate with consultants, clients, contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction. You must be able to prepare construction documents as well as guide junior level staff to work together to meet deadlines, receive building permits, and respond to contractor requests to facilitate conbstruction.
