Construction Administration Project Manager

We are seeking a Construction Administration Project Manager to lead multiple projects at a time with limited supervision in our Phoenix office. The CA PM performs the architect’s roles and responsibilities from the start of the construction phase through project completion and turnover to the client. This position also works closely with the architectural studio during the design phase as a resource in construction detailing and best practices. The ideal candidate is resourceful, self-motivated, and able to multi-task with the ability to demonstrate effective conflict resolution.
This role involves some site visits mostly in the metro area with potential out-of-state travel approximately 2 days a month which requires the candidate to be located in the Phoenix metro area.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in architecture construction documents and contract administration
- 3-5 years’ experience in Multifamily with concrete and wood frame construction
- Architectural detail problem-solving
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Basic Microsoft Office Suite and Construction Management Software
Desired, but not required:

Your Role
As a Summer Interior Design Intern in Gensler’s Phoenix office, you will join our creative studio environment for a full-time, paid internship opportunity.
This is a full-time program running from June 3 through August 8, 2025. You must be available for the entire duration of the program.
What You Will Do
- You will have an exciting opportunity to join one of our Design Studios and work on interiors projects as a fully collaborative member of a design team, participating in design charrettes to help define strategic goals for our clients, large or small.
- Hands-on learning and collaboration with designers, architects, directors, and managers to plan, design, develop and gain real-world experience working with clients across a spectrum of industries and locations.
- Enjoy the rich culture of our office and firm by experiencing educational sessions and mentorship opportunities that include lunch-and-learns, lectures, project tours and vendor presentations.
- Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings and technical drawings
- Build physical study models and presentation models

Your Qualifications
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design; CIDA accredited program highly preferred
- You have completed your third year of an undergraduate program or first year of a graduate program and are returning to your program post-internship. This internship is not for recent graduates.
- Experience using Revit and Rhino/Sketchup is required; AutoCAD and other 3D modeling software is a plus
- 3D computer rendering skills (Enscape, V-ray and others)
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Work, Outlook and Bluebeam
- Hand sketching and physical modelling ability a plus
