ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Contribute to design and documentation efforts across multiple projects, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to deadlines

Apply strong critical thinking and organizational skills to manage priorities and deliverables efficiently

Develop detailed Revit models and produce high-quality construction documents

Support the integration of civil, landscape, structural, and MEP systems into architectural design
-
Demonstrate an intermediate understanding of industry standards, building codes, and detailing
-
Approach problem-solving with a positive, design-focused mindset
-
Collaborate with teams across phases and disciplines to support the successful execution of projects

Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for design presentations and documentation
-
Experience with AutoCAD, Rhino, and Bluebeam is preferred but not required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

Proven experience producing detailed design and technical documentation for commercial and high-end residential projects

Solid understanding of construction methods, building codes, and zoning regulations

Proficient in Revit/BIM, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and design/modeling software
-
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a dynamic studio environment

Ability to manage time and tasks effectively across multiple deadlines

Skilled in organizing project specifications and coordinating supporting documentation

Capable of working independently while contributing positively to team efforts
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience

Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from a NAAB-accredited program preferred but not required.
