We are seeking a highly skilled job captain to join our team in Arizona.
As a Job Captain, you will play a crucial role in the architectural project team, responsible for the coordination and delivery of various architectural projects. Working closely with project managers and architects, you will be involved in all project phases from concept design to construction documentation. Your primary tasks will include developing and detailing architectural drawings, producing 3D models, coordinating with consultants and clients, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met. Additionally, you will be involved in conducting site visits, reviewing project specifications, and assisting in permit applications.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in architectural design, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. You must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture and have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in an architectural firm. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software is required for this role.
