BIM Modeler (Revit)

We are seeking a BIM Modeler (Revit) to support semiconductor construction projects in Phoenix, Arizona. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining BIM models, supporting design coordination, and assisting project teams throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and maintain 3D BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare construction drawings and related design documentation.
• Support design coordination and model updates.
• Review and revise drawings based on project requirements.
• Maintain drawing revisions and document control.
• Participate in project coordination meetings.

Required Qualifications

• Experience using Revit for BIM modeling.
• Ability to read and understand engineering and construction drawings.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with semiconductor or high-tech facility projects.
• Familiarity with MEP systems.
• Experience with Navisworks or Clash Detection.
• Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a related educational background is preferred.
• Mandarin language skills are a plus for cross-functional communication.

• Pay: $28.00–$49.00 per hour (based on qualifications and experience)
• Training will be provided for candidates with relevant Revit or BIM experience.
