Urban Design Associates is an award-winning residential architecture firm specializing in high-end, custom homes and estates. We’re looking for a full-time Architectural Draftsperson with 1–2 years of in-office experience who’s excited to grow their skills while working on luxury residential projects from concept through construction.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who loves technical precision, enjoys collaboration, and wants to be part of a design-driven team creating exceptional homes.

What You’ll Do
- Produce architectural drawings in Revit and AutoCAD
- Implement redlines and revisions from project architects
- Assist with construction document sets for custom homes
- Support design development and presentation graphics
- Create or assist with preliminary renderings using Photoshop and/or Lumion
- Help maintain drawing quality, consistency, and accuracy
- Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and principals
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of professional experience in an architectural office
- Technical education required; Associate degree preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- SketchUp and Lumion experience is a plus
- Basic understanding of residential construction methods
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Positive, professional attitude with strong team-player energy
- Ability to take feedback well and grow within established design standards
