Gensler Phoenix is seeking a Technical Designer – Architecture with a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience. We are looking for someone who thinks critically, approaches work with tenacity and consistency and can develop work in a group or independently. You will collaborate with project leaders and develop materials for project delivery and client presentations.
What You Will Do
- Work with Project Leadership and project team(s) on conceptual designs, presentations, design development and production
- Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions
- Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and assist in construction drawings
- Assist, team communication and consultant coordination Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs
Your Qualifications
- Professional degree in architecture
- 3-5 years of related project experience
- Knowledge of Revit, Adobe Suite, Rhino preferred
- Outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas
- Knowledge of InDesign, SketchUp, Grasshopper, Parametric Modeling, a plus
- Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development
- Ability to communicate design ideas and direction quickly
- A quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
