Making an impact together! Our AIA Phoenix Metro members and Women in Architecture group came together to volunteer with Feed My Starving Children, packing meal boxes to help provide nutritious meals to children around the world and support the fight against global hunger.
Our collective efforts resulted in 101 boxes packed, providing 21,816 meals and helping support 59 children with a daily meal for an entire year. With a total meal value of $6,326.64, our group demonstrated how even a few hours of service can contribute to a much larger mission.
Beyond giving back, this annual Women in Architecture group activity has become a great opportunity to connect, build community, and make a difference.
