Steve Sullivan, AIA, is a Registered Architect and Certified Public Manager (CPM) licensed in Arizona, dedicating over 35 years to Architecture, Design, and Planning. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the Boston Architectural College, a BS in Business Management from University of Phoenix with a concentration in Construction Management and is working toward his certification in Sustainable Cities Specialization. His professional journey includes key roles at internationally recognized firms like M3, Durrant, and ADP, where he built expertise in construction administration, project scheduling, and regulatory compliance. He currently serves as the Architectural Manager for the Renovations and Interiors Division within Pima County’s Project Design & Construction Department. Overseeing Pima County’s Downtown Building Sustainability Strategy as well as other complex projects covering over 7 million square feet across 260 buildings. Beyond architecture, Steve is the Founder and Chairman of the global web services corporation DomainZoo.com, Inc. and an award-winning Indie Author (A.G. Sullivan), recipient of a Firebird Book Award in 2021.
