Treasurer, AIA Southern Arizona
Sacha Kessler, Assoc. AIA, is an Architectural Job Captain with GLHN Architects & Engineers, Inc. in Tucson. Sacha moved to Tucson in 2015 to attend the University of Arizona College of Architecture, Planning, and Landscape Architecture, and graduated with her Bachelor of Architecture degree in 2020. During school, she started interning with GLHN Architects & Engineers, Inc. in 2017, transitioned to full time during her 5th year of school, and has been with them for almost 8 years. She has since served on the AIA Southern Arizona Board from 2020-2023 as the Associates Director, and is currently working towards licensure. In practice, she has a passion for Universal Design and aims to create a safer, more equitable built environment for all. In her spare time she enjoys watching movies with friends and spending time with Luna, her 9-year-old Pitbull mix that has the best ears.
