Andrea Hardy, AIA, NCARB, is a Senior Architect at Shepley Bulfinch in Phoenix. She holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from Arizona State University (2012), and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology (2007). Andrea brings more than 15 years of design, research, and hands-on experience to her role at Shepley Bulfinch. She excels when working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams on projects of various scales, with a focus on healthcare projects. She has a passion for community involvement and mentorship of young professionals through her involvement in her local AIA Chapter. That involvement and recognition includes: AIA Arizona AIA10 Award, served as AIA10 Director for Phoenix Metro (2022-2023), is the State of Arizona AIA Young Architect Representative (2024), and facilitated AIA Architectural Registration Exam classes for approximately the past 6 years.
