Ally Kwan, Assoc. AIA, is a Project Designer at Jones Studio in Tempe. She joined Jones Studio in 2026 upon graduating from the University of Arizona. Ally is an optimistic and thoughtful designer. She values the human experience in design and loves seeing the work come to fruition. Ally believes that architecture is a catalyst for positive change which directly translates to her commitment and passion to the work.
At the University of Arizona, Ally graduated Magna Cum Laude served as the Mentorship Coordinator and Chapter President for the American Institute of Architecture Students, which ignited her passion for leadership and mentoring. Under her leadership, the chapter garnered national recognition, securing prestigious awards such as Chapter of the Year and Chapter Leader of the Year. During Ally’s final year of architecture school, her thesis project was a finalist for the Capstone Award, addressing issues of reparation through design in both the built and natural environments.
