Speakers included:

Barrett N. Lindsey is a Senior Attorney in Clark Hill’s construction practice group, where he represents design professionals and contractors in construction and design defect litigation, and also does contract review and negotiation. He earned his B.S. from Arizona State University and his J. D. from Creighton University.

Ralph W. Selitto is a Member in Clark Hill’s intellectual property practice group. His national and international practice is devoted to patent, trademark and copyright transaction matters, as well as a variety of litigation and quasi-litigation matters involving Intellectual Property issues. He earned his Bachelor’s degree, with honors, from Stevens Institute of Technology and his J.D. from Catholic University of America.

James B. Wright is a Member in Clark Hill’s construction practice group where he his practices the representation of design professionals in negotiating and preparing design and construction agreements and in resolving contract disputes. He is also an experienced real estate attorney. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas and his J.D., cum laude, from Arizona State University.
