On the evening of Tuesday, October 14, members of AIA Southern Arizona kicked off ARCHTOBERFEST with a presentation, tour and reception of the highly anticipated AZPM building.
Arizona Public Media (AZPM), Southern Arizona’s most trusted resource for news, information, entertainment, educational public media programming, and community engagement, has introduced its visionary public media facility at the University of Arizona Tech Park at the Bridges.
This new 61,500 square-foot facility aims to better serve Southern Arizona residents, support educational initiatives, improve visibility and community access, and provide a sense of place for AZPM in the community. The Design Build Team includes Design Architect and Architect of Record: SmithGroup; Local Architect: Swaim Associates; Acoustician: Russ Berger Design Group; and Contractor: DPR Construction.
