TAC was founded by Richard Fe Tom, AIA in 1981 and along with his daughter M. Kegan Tom, AIA, LEED AP, focus on creative and pragmatic solutions using a holistic and systematic design approach that incorporates cultural, environmental, social and economic factors to achieve long-term client satisfaction.
