Goban Saor Design (GSD) was founded in Denver, CO in 2015 as a custom single-family residential design firm with a focus on energy-efficient design for additions and new construction within an urban infill context containing many historic and zoning challenges. Since expanding operations to the Phoenix Metro area in 2020, GSD has continued single-family architectural design activities and has expanded practice scope to include retail, industrial and worship project typologies, and will be expanding into design / build work and small-scale development in the coming years.
