From engineering and preconstruction modeling to estimating, shipping, and erection- this integrated expertise supports a more coordinated and predictable process from concept to completion. Today, Tpac operates as Encon United’s Southwest manufacturing subsidiary, delivering architectural, structural, and transportation precast systems from design through erection. The company’s 60-acre production facility includes various production beds, on-site batch plant, and extensive yard space to support large-scale production and logistics. Tpac is a PCI certified plant and erector, and also is active in ACI and academic partnerships. Tpac builds on nearly seven decades of manufacturing experience as it continues to support projects across the Southwest.
