A look at one of Old Town Scottsdale’s newest hospitality projects.
On Wednesday, March 11, members and guests joined AIA Phoenix Metro AIA10 for a tour of the AC Hotel Scottsdale Old Town, guided by the design-build team from Douglas Sydnor Architect + Associates, Inc., Okland Construction, and Gensler, who shared insights into the design and construction of the project.
Attendees learned how the six-story hospitality project connects contemporary design with the legacy of the historic Kimsey Building designed by Ralph Haver, helping shape the next chapter of the Fifth Avenue Shopping District and Scottsdale Arts District.
