AIA Phoenix Metro
Academy of Architecture for Health (AAH) Prefabrication Workshop
All are welcome to attend the AIA Phoenix Metro Academy of Architecture for Health (AAH) quarterly meeting and prefabrication workshop on November 4 at Shepley Bulfinch in Phoenix.
As prefabrication becomes increasingly important, especially in healthcare design, project teams must navigate when and where it can deliver the greatest value and what it takes to implement successfully. This interactive workshop will provide a practical framework for evaluating prefabrication opportunities, beginning with industry insights on value, key considerations, and implementation challenges. Attendees will then work in small groups to explore prefabrication strategies across a range of healthcare project types, identifying opportunities, concerns, and barriers. The session will conclude with group discussion and polling to identify where prefabrication is most ready to deliver value, leaving participants with a practical, repeatable approach they can apply to their own projects.
