Olivia Hernandez is an architecture student pursuing a minor in real estate development, driven by a commitment to human-centered design, mentorship, and equitable access. Having served as Treasurer for two years and later as Vice President within her school's architecture organization, she has worked to strengthen leadership and community within her program. She is dedicated to supporting a new generation of professionals and helping them prepare for success, however that looks for each individual.
Olivia's design interests center on how human experience is directly shaped by the built environment. She approaches each project holistically, considering the broader systems and relationships at play, while striving to advance equal access and equal experience for all who engage with a space. Through both her leadership and her design practice, Olivia seeks to help build a more inclusive and responsive future for the profession.
