Creating Community: Nested Systems

Join AIA Arizona Committee on the Environment (COTE) for an interactive experience exploring collective impact and community collaboration—featuring a guided bee observation and tasting with a local beekeeper for those attending in person, paired with a focused conversation on how architects, designers, and local non-profit organizations can better align their strengths to support meaningful community-building initiatives, and concluding with a facilitated workshop to help shape the framework for an impactful year ahead.

This is a hybrid event: in person and online.

  • 5:30pm – Bees showcase, conversation with the beekeeper
  • 5:45pm – Presentations from Arizona Community foundation (ACF),  Regenerating Sonoran, and Sonoran Collaborative
  • 6:15pm – AIA Arizona COTE 2026 planning workshop

Attendees will receive 1.0 HSW LU from AIA.

All are welcome to attend. Free for AIA Members (Architects, Associates, Allied). $10 for Non-Members.
