A complete interior reworking within the constraints of a developer-planned house, this residence has been reimagined into a cohesive, refined home that balances functionality and elegance. The main level features an open kitchen, living and primary suite with a series of large glass sliders spilling out to a pool deck and covered patio. A lower “basement” level offers a secondary living area, a custom designed bar, and two additional bedrooms.

The residences’ material palette featuring warm travertine floors, white oak millwork, tongue-and-groove clad walls, and bespoke white painted steel trim, establishes a harmonious foundation for the owner’s extensive art collection. This reimagined residence elevates the original developer-planned design, with rich textures and subtle contrasts of the materials, offering a serene yet sophisticated environment that serves as both a personal retreat and an artful expression of the homeowner’s vision.
