Central Station Near-Completion Construction Tour

With the tour limited to a small group, please only register if you are certain that you can attend this special event. This event will sell out quickly.

The tour will begin at 4pm.

LOCATION: Central Station construction site (Van Buren at Central Avenue, downtown Phoenix.)

PPE: Bring your own personal protective equipment for an active construction site (hardhat, eye protection, vest) If you do not have it, some will be available. Please wear close-toed shoes.

PARKING: Please allow ample arrival time for downtown traffic and for finding your own parking nearby.

Designed by Multistudio, Central Station is a dynamic one-million-square-foot mixed-use development designed to help address the City of Phoenix’s transit and housing needs and enhance the overall urban experience. Central Station sits adjacent to Civic Space Park and Arizona State University’s Downtown Phoenix Campus. The buildings were designed to merge seamlessly with the existing transit station to create a bustling urban hub. Central Station consists of two residential towers—one 22-story building providing fully-furnished student housing with 655 beds and one 33-story building with 362 unfurnished residential units. The project also features retail space, flexible creative office space, and two levels of below-grade parking.
