Alternative Commutes = Active Communities

A Bike Ride, Happy Hour, and Discussion on Urban Design for Health and Wellness

In this special Committee on the Environment (COTE) event to start the year, guest speakers will share knowledge about the health and wellness of alternative transportation within the urban environment. In addition, a portion of the discussion will examine evidence-based design interventions and site selection criteria for active communities as it relates to the WELL Building Standard.

In spirit of the event, we encourage attendees to explore a different method of transportation to the event other than driving alone. A group bike ride will precede the event! We hope you will ride with us.
