The 2026 final extended entry deadline was July 30. Winners will be notified by late September, and will be honored at the AIA Arizona Awards Gala at the Heard Museum on Saturday, November 14, 2026. Individual tickets for the awards gala will go on sale in September.

The 2026 AIA Arizona Design Awards Chair is James Trahan, AIA, a Partner at 180 Degrees Design + Build in Phoenix.
The 2026 Jury Chair is Byron Mouton, AIA, Principal, bildDESIGN, and Lacey Senior Professor of Practice – Architecture, Tulane University
Mouton will oversee both jury teams for the Project categories and Practice categories. The 2026 Design Awards jury will be composed of AIA members from New Orleans.
