Medium sized Phoenix, Arizona architectural practice seeks a Job Captain to provide coordination, architectural and engineering document production in all phases of the project including programming, design and construction.  Requires minimum of 4 years experience or 2 year experience plus a bachelor’s degree from a university or college with specialization in architecture or design.  May be called upon to work on multiple, concurrent projects, with responsibility to manage production effort to ensure deadline compliance.  Must demonstrate ability for independent judgment and thought, and apply these skills to the project solutions.  Directly supervises and provides quality control of drafting personnel on larger projects.  Requires thorough knowledge of architectural drafting, detailing, building materials and construction.  Experience with college/university building, municipal facilities, airports, recreation complexes, and/or maintenance complexes desirable.
