In today’s challenging business environment, everyone has to have a mind turned towards business development. In our ideal world, the clients would line up and come to our door with checks in hand. In the client’s ideal world, we would line up waiting to tell them how we can deliver the project on time, under budget and with all the bells and whistles.

Everyday, opportunities are missed simply because we aren’t looking, we don’t have time or we don’t have the knowledge to address them.

This seminar is about how to help your employees become skilled at identifying the business development “opportunity” and knowing EXACTLY what to do when they recognize it.
